Polymer Optics Mini Projector Lens

Syntec Optics has developed a mini projector lens for digital media in a miniature hand-held projector. It can be used for an illumination optic. All the parts in the device are a prism of the size of the nickel. Each prism has one or two aspheric elements. The scope is to build multiple 4-cavity production-ready tools and turnkey processes that will be transferred to an overseas molder.
