Plastic Veterinary Eye Exam

Syntec Optics provides a quick and inexpensive solution to next-generation plastic veterinary eye exam optics. Syntec has co-developed a series of custom lenses and lens doublets, including optics with custom coatings.

Syntec Optics applies advanced processes throughout, including mold design & manufacturing, injection molding, polishing, and diamond turning. These processes are performed with our highly advanced machinery. We work within very tight tolerances.

We replaced five existing bulbs with the newly enhanced designed lenses with one mold and interchangeable inserts. These are to retrofit existing components and utilize automation for assembly.
