Large Optical Retainer

To run a 20% glass-filled Ultem large optical retainer at high production volume and low pricing, we have to overcome the usual challenges that this material presents and figure out a new and different way to run this at a lower cost manner. The part was larger than the standard retainers we run unattended, so the parts catcher was not working very well. By developing innovative techniques of custom optomechanical manufacturing, we can hit customer pricing and deliveries.
