Housing Plate & Cover Assembly

Housing plate and cover assembly parts are often custom-machined as two separate parts, then assembled and machined further as a matched set. The plating can vary to a black nickel over electroless nickel, which is difficult to achieve regarding the cosmetics needed on these large parts. By working closely with our plating vendor, we could come up with a process that worked and was controllable and repeatable.
