Bioinstrument Micro-Positioning

With a long history of providing top quality and delivery of intricate parts with custom optical design, Wordingham Technologies was contacted by a customer to make components for small motion systems (micro-positioning). The small size, extremely tight tolerances, and material requirement all contribute to the difficulty of machining this part to print. It took creative thinking, sound knowledge of optomechanics, and innovative processing to run these in a production environment.
